Order Processing:

Orders are processed during morning office hours. (09:00 AM UTC +1)
Orders placed after Friday 1PM will be processed the next business day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. (available after collection)

Parcels are collected on Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Friday
between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM (UTC +1)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International - Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Import costs and tax costs are not included for non-EU countries.
Customer has to pay charges when the delivery is being made.

United Kingdom - Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Import costs and tax costs are included whenever your order does not exceed £135 pounds.

Import costs and tax costs are not included whenever your order exceeds £135 pounds.
Customer must pay charges when the delivery is being made.

The import costs are roughly 20% of the product price.
